Essential Mirrors

While all of our standard frames are great for framing mirrors, we’ve chosen from our repertoire these simple Craftsman style designs to create a line of basic stock-size mirrors. Without compromising quality, their simplicity makes them more economical. While perfect for bed and bath, because of the beauty of materials and careful craftsmanship these pieces really suit any simply decorated room or hallway.

Made of quartersawn white oak stained to your specifications.

We try to keep them in stock, although they may be awaiting your specifications as to stain. Therefore we can usually ship them within a week.

All may be hung either vertically (“portrait” orientation — taller than wide) or horizontally (“landscape” orientation — wider than tall). Please specify which so that we can attach the wire on the back appropriately.

SIZES – Each design is available in 3 stock sizes. Please note: the corner detail of the Adirondacks extends beyond these outside dimensions.

(A) 17" x 21" x 3/4" (horizontal or vertical) approximate outside dimensions. Glass size: 14" x 18". All members 1 3/4" wide.

(B) 21 1/2" x 27 1/2" x 3/4" (horizontal or vertical) approximate outside dimensions. Glass size: 18" x 24". All members 2" wide.

(C) 27 1/2" x 37 1/2" x 1" (horizontal or vertical) approximate outside dimensions. Glass size: 22" x 32". All members 3" wide.

STAINS — Available in any of our wide selection of stains. Our recommendation? Van Dyke (medium brown), Oxford Oak (red-brown) and Medieval Oak (dark brown).

MIRROR — Available with either plain or beveled glass, or without glass (safer and lighter to ship, or to be used as picture frames). All designs are available in custom sizes and other woods as well. See frames for more on these.
